This year, we're over the moon about receiving two prestigious awards. The cherry on top was being named the 'Best Independent Estate Agency' at this year's Northern Enterprise Awards, as well as receiving a Silver Win at the EA Masters and earning a spot in the esteemed Best Estate Agent Guide. Welcoming new faces

Our agency has grown stronger this year, with the addition of two incredible team members. Meet Aidan, our Senior Agent, who brings boundless enthusiasm and a deep love for the industry. Armed with a Propertymark Level 3 Award in the Sale of Residential Property (England & Wales), Aidan ensures we stay on top of the latest regulations, offering our clients expert guidance. We also welcomed James, who initially joined us for a summer work experience and impressed us so much that we couldn't let him go! Now, with a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration and ABBE Level 3 CePAP®, James is on an exciting educational journey with us. His fresh ideas, eagerness, and dedication make him an invaluable part of our team.

We are delighted to share that our market presence has expanded, experiencing a huge 6.7% year-on-year growth, according to Rightmove's statistics from January ‘23 to October ‘23. Branch sales have soared by a whopping 194% year-on-year, and our new listings have seen an impressive 75% year-on-year surge. We're beaming with pride as our market share has hit an outstanding 10.2%, showcasing a remarkable increase of 3.6%, compared to the previous year.
